Position Overview
You’ll be on the frontlines of our international expansion: creating pipelines, contacting prospects, building relationships and closing deals by offering our core solutions: Buzzer (fan engagement) and Courtside (smart booking system) in one of the world’s most dynamic basketball ecosystems. You’ll be the bridge between Hoopers and clubs, academies, federations, teams and sports brands in Brazil. Your mission? Help us scale our products in the biggest basketball market in Latin America — generating real value for those who live and breathe the game.

- Courtside: The smartest booking and academy management system built for basketball — made for Brazil, ready to scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities with clubs, academies, schools, event organizers, federations, leagues and brands;
- Present and sell our core tech solutions: Buzzer and Courtside;
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track all sales activities;
- Consistently build and manage a pipeline to meet/exceed your targets;
- Represent Hoopers in meetings, events, and commercial pitches across Brazil;
- Share market insights and collaborate with our global team to align strategy.
Requirements
- Hunter mindset with a passion for sales;
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience (sports or tech a plus);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes;
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian sports ecosystem (basketball preferred);
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude;
- Comfortable working independently and remotely;
- Must be an independent contractor (PJ) with ability to issue invoices;
- Passion for sports, innovation and challenging the status quo.
