Your Mission:
Your mission is to be the bridge between our powerful brand legacy and our growing B2B ambitions. We’re looking for a marketer who understands that our B2C community is our superpower. You will master the art of leveraging our authentic brand voice and community credibility to drive our business objectives.
This is a unique role for someone who is excited by both community building and strategic business growth. You will help us tell a consistent story across all audiences, ensuring that as we grow, we stay true to the brand that our fans have loved for years.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive B2B Marketing Campaigns: Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at business audiences, using our brand’s unique story to create compelling narratives that generate interest and build partnerships.
- Nurture our B2C Community: Oversee our core social channels (Instagram, X, etc.), ensuring our brand voice remains authentic and connected to the fan community that defines our legacy. You’ll keep our brand relevant and loved.
- Create High-Impact Content: Develop and write compelling content for different audiences, such as blog posts, B2B case studies, presentations, and newsletters, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage Creative Production: Develop and deliver clear creative briefs to internal designers and external partners to produce high-impact visuals that work for both our B2C and B2B campaigns.
- Contribute to Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to contribute ideas and insights to the overall marketing strategy, helping to balance our B2C and B2B goals.
- Analyze and Report: Track and analyze the performance of your initiatives, understanding what resonates with each audience and using those insights to inform future decisions.
What We’re Looking For (The Ideal Profile):
- Versatile Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic marketing role. You don’t need to be a B2B expert, but you should have a foundational understanding of its principles and a passion for community-building (B2C).
- An Excellent Writer: A natural storyteller with the proven ability to write clear, creative, and error-free copy in English that can be adapted to different audiences.
- Strategic & Autonomous Mindset: You are a self-starter who thinks about the bigger picture. You’re excited by the challenge of making a B2C brand a powerful player in a B2B world.
- Organized and Methodical: You have strong project management skills, can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and bring structure to your work.
- Proactive Team Player: You are eager to contribute, take initiative, and collaborate constructively with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Passion for Culture: A genuine interest in digital marketing, storytelling, and the culture that surrounds sports and technology.
